MAG provides general management and administrative services for three subsidiary companies:
 | The Consortium of Independent Physician Associations is a collection of independent physician associations (IPA) and physician-hospital organizations (PHO) organized to pursue performance incentive opportunities with third party payers. Currently, CIPA consists of over 50 physician groups with over 6,000 physicians throughout the state of Michigan. |

 | Professional Credential Verification Services (PCVS), Inc. is a credentials verification organization accredited by National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), American Accreditation Health Care Commission (URAC) and fully compliant with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) credentialing standards. PCVS is a not-for-profit corporation that provides primary source credentialing verification services for hospitals, physician practices, health plans, and other health care organizations. |

 | Physician's Review Organization (PROM), Inc. is a URAC accredited independent or external review organization. PROM was founded in 1983 by the Michigan State Medical Society. In the time since, PROM separated to become an independent organization that still enjoys the endorsement of the medical society but is a separate, independent organization. Utilizing the expertise of its experienced staff and carefully selected board-certified reviewers, PROM ensures that clients receive informed, confidential, and objective reviews.
